Hi, I'm El Wong. I spent 25 years in financial services watching technology decide who gets ahead and who gets left behind.
When AI arrived, I saw the same pattern starting again. The people with access, networks and confidence moved first. Everyone else got told to wait.
My approach comes from decades of facilitation, leadership development and change management, backed by ACC coaching, PROSCI and CPIC credentials. I teach AI the way good coaches teach anything: start where you are, practise with real work and build wins you feel right away. As a Claude.ai training specialist, I teach the same tools I use to run my own business every day.
